Note: the abcd-options hanging issue is still showing up in some runs (biggest factor in why this took longer to release), but I've tracked it to the Freesurfer-as-a-Nipype-node run itself, when surface post-proc is also on. However, post-proc runs well on its own. It's the combination. I've decided to release with this as a known issue because:
Running Freesurfer first and ingressing, which is now our recommended usage, doesn't hit this problem
Running it normally, hitting a stall, and simply restarting the pipeline run also gets past it :shrug: I suspect it's the direct Nipype pointer connection between the anat_freesurfer_X node and the surface post-proc ones, but reconstituting the connection from the working directory to surface post-proc works fine
