Add a section giving an idea of how much space analyses will take up #87

It might be a good idea to have a section with several pipeline configurations, a subject count, the average space an individual subject takes up before the run, and the total space the working and output directories take up after the run.

For a single subject using 0.3.9.2 and the attached pipeline configuration:

Input T1 - 6.5 MB Input Functional - 62 MB

Total for Entire Output Directory - 20 GB Total for Entire Working Directory - 53 GB
