jazzradio.com streams in favourites don't connect as premium user #623

Which version of Cantata?
1.5.1

Which build? KDE, Qt4, Qt5, Windows, Ubuntu, Mac?
Qt5, 64bit on arch linux (cantata 1.5.1-2 from the community repository)

What steps will reproduce the problem?
When I log in as DI premium user I can listen to all streams in high quality,
as expected. But when I add one of the channels from jazzradio.com to the
favourites list, it only connects to the free, low quality stream. The stream
in the jazzradio list is unaffected.

Please provide any additional information below.
All the other DI streams (di, sky.fm) seem to work correctly from the
favourites as well.

Odd, because *exactly* the same code is used for each service. Cantata gets the
list of streams from the DI service, then replaces 'public3' with (e.g.)
premium_high

Have you tried to play the streams in Clementine? If no, can you? Do they work
in Clementine? I only ask, as this is where I borrowed the code from originally.

D'oh!!! I should read bug reports better. I see what you mean now - as in when
added to the favourites, it no longer replaces the public3, etc.

I can fix this, but wont actually be able to test - as I have no accounts with
these services.

This should now be fixed in trunk (for 1.6.0) and branches/1.5 (for 1.5.2). If
possible, can you checkout one of these and confirm the fix?

Alright, I just built r5675 and can confirm it's fixed. Thanks a lot, man!
