[Enhancement] Support Youtube audio streaming #628

I enjoy Youtube in my laptop with youtube-dl or livestreamer.
It would be wonderful to be able to play youtube audio streaming for headless 
PCs.

Never mind if it looks absurd

You can try passing the URLs from youtube-dl to MPD.

However, I'm not sure how MPD handles the striping of audio from the video. Can 
MPD play youtube-dl streams? If not, then it would be up to Cantata to strip 
the audio from the video - and that is too much work.

Also, I think (from looking at a Clementine youtube feature request) that this 
is against youtube's terms of service.

I see and close it.

AFAIK, the best way to do this is the UPnP combination of MPD, Upmpdcli and 
BubbleUPnP in android.
