[Windows] openssl dlls are missing from installation #638

Which version of Cantata?
1.5.1

Which build? KDE, Qt4, Qt5, Windows, Ubuntu, Mac?
Windows

What steps will reproduce the problem?
Download / Install a stream.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I get a "Failed to download a list of stream providers!"

Please provide any additional information below.

adding libeay32.dll and ssleay32.dll to cantata's dir solves the problem.

1.5.2 and 1.6.0 will both have these bundled - changes made to svn.
