Daytona USA CCE static frame after pressing start during attract mode #1359

During attract mode press start and after the screen fades to black a static frame of the game will be displayed during a second. The same problem happens after the SEGA logo at start-up, fades to black and the logo is shown again during an instant.

What's the full name of the game (including region) ? Daytona USA C.C.E. Net Link Edition (USA)

What's your frontend ? (standalone, libretro, ...) ? Libretro, core v.2.3.0a387dec

What's your OS ? (windows, linux, OSX, ...) ? Windows 10 x64

What's your hardware ? (CPU, GPU, ...) ? AMD Ryzen 5 2600, AMD RX 570, 16 GB RAM

What's the storage type of the game (official cd, burned cd or cd image) ? CD image

If applicable, what's the format of your cd image ? (cue/bin, ccd/img, iso, chd, ...) cue/bin

Are you using any setting different from default ? If so, precise Tested with default settings

Did this game work previously ? Do you remember when ? Is it happening with other games ? I have seen this issue in many other games

If applicable, provide error messages, logs, screenshots, or whatever additional information that could help debugging this imaxe

Could test it again with Kronos 2.5.0. It will be release this week

Tested today with version 2.5.0 on Retroarch. The issue persists. Something like this is happening after the character selection screen on Virtua Fighter 2 too: Virtua Fighter 2 (USA) (RE)-230218-171259
