A section of the paper will highlight the flu orgs that are included in ARGOS. Highlight how our QC metrics can. be further applied to other emerging pathogens. Apply our QC metrics and understand the quality of the assembly will be needed to be done before writing the paragraph

Flu section has been updated. Adding more information on how the assemblies were chosen and why.
