Jonathon - HIVE3 CensuScope Blocker #460

Reilan was manually uploading assemblies from GISAID per my request. I gave her all of the same assemblies and information that ran correctly for me. This was a test. Her computations failed at 20% via CensuScope. Emma's computations have also failed, but I am not sure if it is caused by CensuScope. Id like to get this fixed before I meet with Vahan and ask for his help. See her slide attached below.

In the meeting wednesday with Vahan and @kee007ney they said they would set up a time to at the NT tax and fix the censuscope

@kee007ney hey I am assuming this will go along with the HIVE3 code updates?

I ran a censuscope computation via the URL link. The computation completed at 100% but gave no available downloads. @kee007ney confirmed that there was nothing in the back end. He also suggested that the images may have been suppressed. This will need to be looked at further and discusses with Vahan

So this does no display any file outputs or images, but censuscope is on HIVE3
