Each month Raja wants an emerging pathogen found, QC'd and pushed to ARGOS. This month I have found Marburg Virus from Rwanda and Listeria outbreak from Deli meat

Successfully QC'd Dengue Virus which is a level 1 travel issue reported by the CDC. I also QC'd newer strains of E.coli from 2021, 2022, and 2023 given the recent ourbreak in McDonald's quarter-pounders. Listeria mono is currently circulating, and all Listeria has been re-run for HIVE3. Still looking for newer assemblies for this strain.
