parse spl files #159

Hi ,

We are evaluating a potential project to analyze FDA label data. For this purpose, is there a way, such as a python script, to parse spl file of a drug label into a data frame? Thanks a lot in advance for any help.

Unfortunately, we don't have such a script in openFDA.
