Device classification schema field missing. #160

summarymalfunctionreporting is present in device-classification.json but not deviceclass_schema.json.

Its possible the schema should include:

"summarymalfunctionreporting": {
  "type": "string"
},

summary_malfunction_reporting has been added to the Device Classification dataset.
