It seems like when you switched the status from draft to 'ready for review' it generated another run of the test. Normally that would be a good thing, i.e. I'd work on the draft pushing changes etc, and when ready flip it to 'ready for review', then another run of the test might be appropriate. I'm finding there's a lot more fine control with Github Actions over those at Travis, but with that comes some initial confusion, that'll only get better with experience.
