比如8：00~17：00随机时间进行打卡，使打卡时间更自然

我之前写了个本地的是可以实现的，但我觉得代码略微有点复杂。然后刚刚看隔壁的代码，好像随机加一个sleep的时间就好了？

Github Actions 超出一定额度是要计费的，https://docs.github.com/cn/billing/managing-billing-for-github-actions/about-billing-for-github-actions 。如果要加 sleep 的话，这个进程相当于一直开着，时间跨度太大的话，就会超出免费额度，对于平时要使用 Github Actions 做其他任务的同学来说不太友好。可以开一个新的分支，设置一个一小时左右的随机时长给只用 Github 来打卡的同学。（Github 单个任务的时长为 6 小时，https://docs.github.com/cn/actions/learn-github-actions/usage-limits-billing-and-administration）
