Here are few public references to consumption of VPP: Samsung 5G UPF stack built on top of VPP: https://networkbuilders.intel.com/solutionslibrary/samsung-achieves-305-gbps-on-5g-upf-core-utilizing-intel-architecture. From the paper: Samsung utilizes DPDK (Data Plane Development Kit)/VPP (Vector Packet Processing) technologies.
