Draft版としました。作業用のPull Requetとしてお使いください。FixしたらReady for reviewで提出できます。

ソフトウェアの使い方は個別に追加していこうと思います。いったんは対象ソフトウェアを明記するところをこのプルリクのスコープとしたいです。
