Populate all data on front page, no css. #2

@manedurphy @pauly-van @slava000 Simple rendering of all data onto front page of reviews module, with no CSS. Let me know if anything is unclear or could be made more concise, thanks.

@manedurphy Thanks so much for the React hooks tips & helpful example, I've copied all of them down and will circle back after I build out my basic modal structure to include it in my code!
