7 years ago removed this document as redundant to the main readme.md all devops functions are thoroughly documented there some extra details can be found in the Docker Environment Builds.md
Address all checklist points and key questions for Digital Service Plays 10, 11, and 12 (where it relates to monitoring).
Add links to Issues - outline solution in issue directly.
