as a devops engineer, I want to create a docker container for our CI workflow tool so that we can automate builds of code and docker containers

persistent storage
docker compose support stack
pick tool: Jenkins, Jira, Teamcity....

decided on using cloud based CI tools instead of internal containers AppVeyor Build and Docker Hub Build are free for open source public projects Will open new issues for these
