quick tests agree but havent plotted or anything yet. thetao (sst in k) Screenshot from 2024-02-16 16-56-01 sst as a check list

To use this for sst in grib instead of original, fesom_mapping.yaml in raps has to be changed.
fesom namelist.io should have an entry for thetao.
