Binder Button #18

Adds a binder button :-)

It works in terms of getting Python up and running, but we should make the example data cloud-friendly. Maybe a DKRZ Swift Box?

Damnit...I just realised I did this in pyfesom and not pyfesom2.... sorry @koldunov, I'll just use god mode to skip reviews and do this again in the right place.
