ReScan is grey out the second time you press it #27

windows 10 open Fettec Configurator v0.1.1.31 ReScan is grey out. select USB click connect ReScan is enable (not grey out) https://imgur.com/eLGHDwV

click ReScan scanning for device... ReScan is grey out Disconnect is grey out https://imgur.com/a/jQAIg2R

I am stuck here, need to close app and unplug USB

if you leave USB plug but close and open Configurator, you can not scan it. Does not detect device
