This page has a note on the standard capitalisation of each library component, and links to the logo.
The logo and license are currently in the folder https://fenicsproject.org/pub/graphics/: the files I've added here are fenics_logo.svg, plus a versions of it exported as a png. The license information about the logo is taken from README
