Remove governance information from the website?

The following pages list information that is written at https://github.com/FEniCS/governance/blob/master/people.md

• https://fenicsproject.org/governance/
• https://fenicsproject.org/steering-council/
• https://fenicsproject.org/advisory-board/

These pages could be removed, and instead we could link to the governance documents. What does everyone think?

Personally, I think having the https://fenicsproject.org/steering-council/ page is nice, especially if we include a bit more info there (See #78), but I'm unsure about the other two
