c_plugin branch is broken on non_windows plattaforms #320

The commit: 921e1295f84fe0adf1b50e7183adee96a69d9a7b broke all platforms to bring support for unicode in MingW.

PR #321 solved it.

AFAIK, the C plugin is now maintained y @qyot27 at https://github.com/qyot27/ffms2_cplugin, so closing.
