[WIP] Add new unit tests for file containing Edit List #333

I can share the file with you. really small files with QR code on them.

This depends on https://github.com/FFMS/ffms2/pull/332 to be submitted.

Thanks! I've received the files.

I'll sync these files to the tests bucket and check into #332's possible ffmpeg.c bug tomorrow morning, and look closer at this.

Merged as https://github.com/FFMS/ffms2/commit/9b7ac321ec10437abd9778b8d18b64a1951667a8. All tests pass, including the previously broken one.
