I was trying to install shenfun library from conda. For that I need to install FFTW. I downloaded the tar file for windows-64bit and extracted it in the anaconda folder. However file installing the shenfun an error appears 'No FFTW libraries found in ['D:\\anaconda3\\lib'] D:\anaconda3'. Kindly guide. #270
