Could you please help me out to solve this Poisson equations. #295

I have set the first Fourier Coe to zero. But I found that the final results is totally wrong. I cann't figure it out what is wrong. May be the storage sequence of the f^ and [ ] are different from the natural sequence of l,m in a rectangular region?
