DRK rotation items missing @ 96 #34

Not sure if this is just a "oh you should be waiting for this rotation" but the DRK rotation now includes a 3 hit combo chain during Delrium (similar to paladin Confiteor) The rotation now opts to exclude Bloodspiller from the rotation whenever Delrium is triggered (likely because Bloodspiller becomes Scarlet Delrium -> Comeuppance -> Torcleaver )
