ROG and NIN icons are too big #20

The ROG and NIN icons I grabbed were 28x28 instead of 24x24. Fixed the image sizes and also set the image in the scorecard to scale the image to fit instead of clipping it.

Just out of curiosity. How do these icons look in the parser because.. /cough/ I play on PS4 now and only load it up on PC to test breaking things, new releases or bugs :)
