Adds fixtures data to the project
Adds makefile rule to load fixtures into database and includes it in the application startup
Updates documentation

Nice, does that mean we have a running demo?

There are still some spots to polish (such as including the health check requests in the benchmarking process, adapting the cases data do use the berlin model, etc...), but apart from that, if there are not any incompatibilities in the fronted, we should have a running demo when we release the changes.
