Fixes issues with Shield and Weapon creation (Masterwork and otherwise). #13

Shields are now created as Armor Type with Shield Subtype.

Weapons that gain an Enhancement Bonus other than Masterwork are stripped of the Masterwork property so as not to gain an additional +1 from FantasyGrounds reading the property.

I like the masterwork bit but am concerned about the subtype match. What about the Weapon/Shield items?

Shield "weapons" are Weapon/Martial and are completely separate entries in the item list. They aren't affected by changes to Armor/Shield and properly adhere to weapon rules when generated.
