Add body sense #20

In addition to their salient senses, critters should also have a body sense that knows if they are moving or not, hungry, cold, etc.

Added in 98d27b2f4f03e8e25c425ce2d14a9ea2cc1a0cca though some of the senses (e.g. hungry & cold) aren't well defined at present; we don't have temperature (see #19 ) and critters don't get hungry, they just grow & shrink.
