"Chrome script debugging in Visual Studio is enabled" freezes indefinitely for ASP.NET Core projects [Minor bug][ASP.NET Core][Javascript debugging in Chrome]

As title states - debugging ASP.NET Core projects appear to freeze indefinitely if Chrome has been selected as browser. Despite that, application starts normally and is fully responsive on https://localhost:/
