Cockpit view fixes #4

Some elementary fixes to make:

A319 instrument (FMGC, Pedestal and Overhead panel) work at all
A321 pilot and copilot view have correct height. For some reason the A321 model is slightly lower. It would be worth looking into aligning it back to the same level as the other two, but for now this might do.
Adjust the Overhead panel to have the fuel pumps (that need to be turned on before starting engines) and hydraulic pumps fit in the default view.

Can you also fix the dualcontrol co-pilot's view to fit the a319 and the a321?

I don't have any experience with dual control unfortunately (or any multiplayer). So I'll try to get to it, but for me it is easier to look at things like fixing the height difference of A321, moving the ground support stuff to correct locations and such.

Yes, many ground control stuff (eg stairs) are in the wrong place. Would be cool if you started a new pull for it... I still have no idea how to do it :P

Yes, I would do it as separate PR for further fixes. I believe this one is useful as it is. Even the MP-copilot shouldn't be worse than before, it just isn't fixed.
