Migrating the vuejs2 package to vuejs3 #192

In this PL, it is about the migration of the ui-predicate-vue package in Vuejs 3.

Could you please create another package in packages/ called "ui-predicate-vue3" ? So we can keep vue2 package as it is?

Beside that it's awesome, once this change is done, I will merge it!

Hello @FGRibreau, I put all my changes in packages/ui-predicate-vue3 as requested and kept packages/ui-predicate-vue as is. Thank you for your instant feedback
