Fix bibliography; footcite; creation #10

This PR will fix the bibliography author naming. In the current version the following reference will not commit to the FHDW guidelines. Bildschirmfoto 2022-01-21 um 11 20 05

This PR will render the bibliography entry as following: image

Also the latex command \footcite will now be displayed correctly, which will make it easier to create a citation.

Hello @mfueller, I updated my commit history and rebased it on the current master. It should now be good to go.
