There is a brief discussion of a history bundle and provenance on https://confluence.hl7.org/pages/viewpage.action?pageId=35718627#IGPublisherDocumentation-HistoryEntries. It would be helpful to implementers to add profiles and discussion of this capability to the tooling IG.
