Ugh, this actually fixes #25 .

Replace CodeSystem.concept.description with CodeSystem.concept.definition
remove acronym designations that had "" values (not a valid string), e.g. { "use" : { "system" : "http://devices.fhir.org/CodeSystem/MDC-designation-use", "code" : "acronym" }, "value" : "" }
remove trailing whitespaces from strings (I think these were all in CodeSystem.concept.description [sic] elements)
