As a user I want to have field names / properties that are fitting

[x] All field names are lower case
[x] Fields have been renamed to the terms Pasquale has defined here: https://github.com/orgs/FHNW-IVGI/projects/3/views/1?pane=issue&itemId=26438593
[x] Names are adjusted frontend, backend, scraper and aligned
[x] The schema is documented on github
