[Frontend] Change icon for BUND services #58

That reminds me that "Geodienste" also needs an Icon (which I forgot to add). So it is displaying the broken link icon for now :(

@FStriewski for geodienste I sent the icons via email to @fionatiefenbacher

The geodienste Icon is already implemented in main.
