Scope:

Add pagination to server, change UI to support pagination in table, keep sorting and ranking functionality intact. Issue: https://github.com/FHNW-IVGI/Geoharvester/issues/34

Changes:

Redis:

Remove stop word list and fix handling of empty string to solve performance issues with specific requests
Adjust the max_size limit so that getAllData requests are supported
Password secure redis and add config / env files that inject passwords from local source

Backend:

Add fastapi-pagination package to paginate redis response
Provider now as enum to keep align with servicetype

Frontend:

Rewrite MUI table pagination to fit the fastapi pagination requirements
Add navigation support for requests exceeding the default chunk limit (1000 records) and further data loading
Add response state handling UI for initial, loading, success and error states
De-clutter components and general cleanup
Style fixes for menubar UI
