Scope

Fix two UI issues, see https://github.com/FHNW-IVGI/Geoharvester/issues/63, https://github.com/FHNW-IVGI/Geoharvester/issues/64

Changes:

Performance fix for the lagging input field, by introducing local state for field changes
Align text columns of service table and its subtable
Autoclose open subrows on page changes and new searches
Restore broken links to legend and map (and turn them into buttons)
