The ranking algorithm "needs some love"! e.g.:

click on "Suchen" without any search text --> datasets with bad medatada quality are listed first
search for, e.g., "Landeskarten" --> datasets with bad medatada quality are listed first

This should be fixed with high priority, please.

I've fixed the ranking function integrating the metadata quality in the branch #hotfix_ranking. @314a In addition I've fixed some functions for the preprocessing. Befor merging it to the main branch, I suggest to deploy it to the server to see if everything is working correctly. @FStriewski
