Thanks for reporting it.

I'm working on using oembed (basically asking YouTube what the iframe should be), I expect that it will solve this issue.

Should be fixed with See https://github.com/FHachez/obsidian-convert-url-to-iframe/issues/23 (v0.4.0 of the plugin)
