Add app to "blacklist" on installation #17

When the user installs a new app on the device, Uniatron should detect the installed app automaticly and come up with a dialog to ask, if this app should be also "blacklisted"/blocked on above usage time.

[x] Detect new app installations
[x] Create notification
[x] Show notification of installation
[x] Add app to blacklist on notification click
