Lw 31 blacklist display imp #52

Short description of what this resolves:

Apps now sorted alphabetically
Checked items now appear at the top of the list
Only user installed apps are shown, not preinstalled system services

Does this close any currently open issues?

will have to check if the blacklist automatically refreshes without clearing the app from the taskbar. Might only work after @speedyhoopster3 's branch is merged
