Short description of what this resolves:

It creates a new design for the bottom navigation bar. This simplifies the usage and enhance the design.

Changes proposed in this pull request:

New design for the bottom navigation bar
Change from ViewPager to FrameLayout with own fragment stack handling
Grouping data dynamicly (database orientated)
Refactor Learning Aid (moved to data repository)

Does this close any currently open issues?
