Question around whether all OWL:NamedIndividuals should be reclassified as OWL:Classes?
Think about format use case, where 35mm film is a subclass of film, but where current modeling would suggest 35mm film as NamedIndividual and the parent class film as a Class. But what if you want to apply hasFormat to film as the more granular data is not known, it seems messy to have the property terminating in either Class or NamedIndividual entities.
Not sure of the ramifications for semantic reasoning to convert all relevant entities to Classes (exception of instance of real-world entities, eg institutions), but would suggest this is something worth trying for the time being.
