Locations, as mostly used by events, are currently empty classes without any additional properties, and avoid a lot of ineviatble complexity. Good suggestion from @annahoegner, offload location data structures for now by linking to other resources, either Wikidata or Geonames via a hasIdentifier property.

Also discussion of some archives being able to draw on government-mandated location definitions.
