An open question is how much of the manual should be wrapped within the ontology. So far I have included a sentence or opening paragraph, but there are interesting possibilities presented by including the full text itself. Strategy to explore this option: continue development of the ontology with multilingual labels, and build a branch which contains full text as markdown strings.

Text can be carried in via the dc:description property.

As updated in the milestone notes, this is not a v1 issues, but should be prototyped post v1 launch.
